Graphic designer, printmaker and type designer. Currently based in France as a postgrad in Type Design at ESAD. A graduate from Central Saint Martins with a BA First Class Honours in Graphic Design.
Ying Tong Tan works mainly in the form of books & publications, and exhibition identities within the arts & cultural sector. An avid printmaker on the side, her design and art practice is inquiry and responsive based.
Co-founder of Zyxt with Masaki Miwa, a graphic design studio and independent publisher that forms partnerships with artists, curators, publishers, designers and institutions.
